Sweet Mother of Fu*k
Sometimes a sauce earns its name all by itself.
Created during my time in southern Spain and inspired by a life of beaches, sunshine and more than 300 days of blue skies each year, Sweet Mother of Fu*k is one of the original Bloody Fox recipes.
A tropical blend of mango, pineapple and peach delivers an explosion of sweet, exotic flavour before the ghost peppers remind you exactly why it's called Sweet Mother of Fu*k.
And yes...
It really is everyone's favourite on chocolate ice cream.
I didn't believe it either—until I tried it.
Glesga Kiss
As a former self-proclaimed Scotsman, Glasgow was the first place in the world that truly felt like home.
A Glasgow Kiss—or Glesga Kiss in the local dialect—is the affectionate Scottish term for a headbutt. Despite the intimidating name, this sauce sits comfortably on the milder end of the Bloody Fox heat scale.
But dinnae let that fool ye...
Glesga Kiss is gawny knock ye oot!
Alien Attack
Garlic. Curry. Yellow chillies.
An unusual combination? Absolutely.
With its bold flavour, serious heat and distinctly extraterrestrial colour, this sauce looked like it had crash-landed straight from another planet.
There was only one possible name.
Alien Attack.
FUTURE CREATIONS
Ideas with history. Waiting for the right place, the right time and the right kitchen.
Berzerker Bräu
Beer happened once.
Beer will happen again.
Berzerker Bräu began as a home-brew experiment that somehow turned into "When's the next batch?" from everyone around me.
The brewery is sleeping for now, but this certainly isn't the end of the story.
